I’ve been an animator for almost a decade.  There are a ton of resources available to help an animator improve artistically, but a big part of the challenge for me is getting the software out of my way so I can actually do the art.

I work primarily in Maya, so my focus here will be finding and sharing tips, tricks, scripts, rig features, workflow techniques, and anything else that will let us all do our best work fast.  There’s a great spirit of sharing in the community, with many people already making their tools freely available, and so, in that spirit, everything I find will be freely available on the site.
